K FOR HUMANITY experimental womb by Irad Avni

21.10.2021 - 23.10.2021

Everything is relative and everything is a matter of doses, this world is in an extreme state.
We are in a state of energy overdose, it might be venomous but tempting to touch.
If one looks at the world, what becomes visible are things that disappear, appear and disappear again. Humans are a part of it all. They emerge from the face of the earth.
It simply happens, our ego makes it personal, and we consider ourselves special.
Once we understand that everything is an illusion, and consists mostly of the intricacies of our consciousness, the rules of the games changes.
After two and a half years of research, developing ideas, diving into the depths of movement and consciousness, deciphering emotions and physical work, I am excited to present you with an experiment.
Disposable, no mistakes. One truth.
Maximum an Oops.

Irad Avni, choreographer, dancer and actor, has created in recent years the works JUST DANCEWe/oui, and Narkis, which have been performed in Israel and Europe. As a dancer he danced in the “Kolben Dance” and “JDT” companies. Today, Avni dances with the company “Fresco”, performs with choreographers Niv Sheinfeld and Oren Laor, and more. In 2018 he founded the “Bria” platform for promoting novice choreographers in collaboration with “Mahol Shalem” dance center and “opus 1” festival in Slovenia. Avni is the artistic director of the platform.
